BUILT ON THE JOBSITE, NOT IN A BOARDROOM

Know where every dollar of material went.

Cavix is the inventory app built for the field. Scan a tag, take what you need, done in ten seconds — with gloves on, in a dead zone, from a truck bed. The office gets real job costs. The warehouse stops disappearing. And if your operation runs a little differently, Cavix bends to fit it — not the other way around.

Every material. Every move. Cavix.

THE PROBLEM

Right now, it's on paper, in someone's head, or nowhere at all.

Every trades company runs into the same wall. Material walks off, nobody's sure who has what, and by the time the job's done, nobody can say what it actually cost to build.

01 — WAREHOUSE

Nobody knows what's on the shelf

Counts happen once a year, if that. Material gets ordered again because nobody could confirm what was already sitting in the yard.

02 — THE TRUCK

What went out, and to who, is a guess

Someone grabs what they need and rolls out. There's no record of who took it, which job it's for, or whether it's coming back.

03 — THE OFFICE

Job cost shows up after the job is over

Material spend gets reconstructed from invoices weeks later — too late to catch a job that's bleeding money while it's happening.

HOW IT WORKS

A ten-second phone action, not a paperwork problem.

No terminals, no spreadsheets, no end-of-day reconciliation. Just what's already in your team's pocket — and if a step in your process is different from the next company's, it works that way too.

01

Scan the tag

Every material has a QR label. Point the camera, or key in the code if the light's bad — either way works.

02

Take, return, or move it

Say what you're doing and which job it's for. Cavix logs the person, the job, and the cost automatically.

03

Done — even offline

No signal in the yard? It queues on the phone and syncs the second a bar shows up. Nothing gets lost.

EVERYTHING THE OFFICE AND THE YARD NEED

One system, from the warehouse shelf to the P&L.

What ships standard covers most of it. What's missing gets built.

Full inventory core

Take, return, move, and count — plus kits, pickup requests, and CSV import for getting existing material into the system fast.

Job cost & supplier reports

See what each job actually cost in material, what you're spending with each supplier, and what's low, expiring, or just sitting dead on a shelf. Need a report that isn't on this list? That's what gets added next.

Works with no signal

An offline write queue means a dead zone in the yard or basement never blocks a take. It syncs the moment a connection comes back.

Five roles, real permissions

Field, warehouse manager, accounting, administrator, and developer — each sees exactly what their job needs, nothing they don't. Need a sixth role? See how that works.

Reorder & purchase orders

Low stock triggers a reorder point instead of a surprise. Purchase orders and nightly backups keep the record straight, shaped to how your ordering actually works.

Full activity log

Every take, return, and move is timestamped and attributed. If a number looks off, you can trace exactly how it got there.

BUILT BY SOMEONE WHO DOES THE WORK

Not a warehouse app someone adapted for the trades.

  • Glove-friendly, on purpose

Big touch targets and a big orange scan button, because a job site is not a place for fine motor control.

  • Per-company data isolation

Your material counts, your job costs, and your supplier pricing are walled off at the database level — never visible to another company on Cavix.

  • Private by default

Companies aren't listed publicly. People join with a code from their foreman, and admins approve every request before access is granted.

  • Push & email where it matters

Pending signups, low stock, and pickup requests reach the right person — not buried in a dashboard nobody opens.

  • Grows with how you actually operate

New role, new report, new step in the process — Cavix is built and supported directly, so it changes shape as your company does.

BUILT AROUND YOUR OPERATION

If your company runs differently, Cavix runs differently too.

Cavix isn't a rigid template you bend your operation around. Every company on it gets a version shaped to how that company actually works.

  • Need a role the standard five don't cover?

It gets added. Your permission structure should match your org chart, not the other way around.

  • Need a report your office actually asks for?

If it's not on the list yet, that's a conversation, not a dead end.

  • Need a workflow specific to how your crews move material?

Cavix is built and supported directly — it adapts to real operations, not the other way around.

QUESTIONS FROM THE OFFICE

Straight answers, no sales pitch.

Is our data safe from other companies on Cavix?

Yes. Every company's data is walled off at the database level, not just hidden in the interface. If a query ever forgot to filter by company, it would return nothing — never another company's numbers.

What happens if we don't have signal in the yard or a basement?

Cavix queues the action right on the phone and syncs it the moment a connection comes back. Nobody has to remember to go log it later.

How long does it take to get set up?

We create your company and hand you a join code — your team signs in from their phones from there. Most of the real work is loading your existing material list, which the bulk import handles in one pass.

How is Cavix priced?

Per company, not per seat. One flat monthly rate covers your whole team, however many people are using it.

What if we need something the standard version doesn't do?

That's built. New roles, reports, and workflows get added to fit how you actually run — see "Built around your operation" above.

Do we need special hardware to scan tags?

No. Any phone camera reads the QR label — no handheld scanners, no extra equipment to buy or lose.

Stop losing material. Start knowing your real job costs.

Getting a company set up is simple: reach out, Cavix creates your company, and your team joins with a code from their foreman. From there, it's built to fit how you actually run — roles, reports, and workflows included.

No public sign-up yet — every company is set up directly, by design.
